Standard Ground

Our default shipping method. Reliable, trackable, and included free on orders over $500.

• California: 1-2 business days
• West Coast (OR, WA, NV, AZ): 2-3 business days
• Mountain & Central: 3-4 business days
• East Coast: 4-5 business days

Expedited Shipping

Need it faster? We offer 2-Day and Overnight shipping via FedEx and UPS. Expedited rates depend on weight, dimensions, and destination. Call us for a quote — we'll find the most cost-effective option.

Local Pickup

In California and need it today? Local pickup is available by appointment. Call ahead and we'll have your order ready. No minimum order for pickup.

Shipping Rates

• Orders under $500: Flat $17.72 per item (ground)
• Orders over $500: Free standard ground shipping (continental US)
• Bulk/pallet orders: Freight shipping — call for a quote
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Please call for rates

Order Processing

• Cutoff time: 2:00 PM Pacific (Monday-Friday)
• Orders placed after 2 PM ship the next business day
• Weekend orders ship Monday
• Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 24 hours of placing your order, check your spam folder or call us at (888) 881-6834.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products. If you receive defective or incorrect supplies, contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund. Return shipping is on us for our errors. For buyer's remorse returns, the customer covers return shipping. All returns require prior authorization — call before shipping anything back.

International Shipping

We primarily serve the United States but can accommodate international orders on a case-by-case basis. Call or email for international shipping rates and availability.
