How Much Should You Order?

A good rule of thumb: order 3-4 months of supply at a time. This balances the bulk discount against storage space and cash flow. To calculate:

1. Count how many rolls you use per week per terminal
2. Multiply by number of terminals × number of weeks
3. Add 10% buffer for unexpected spikes

Example: A restaurant with 2 POS terminals using 6 rolls/week each = 12 rolls/week. 12 × 13 weeks (3 months) = 156 rolls = ~3 cases. With 10% buffer: ~4 cases.
