Seller Agreement

IVORY AUTO SELLER AGREEMENT

By submitting this form, I agree to the following terms:

1. I grant Ivory Auto the non-exclusive right to list and market my vehicle for export.

2. I warrant that I hold clear title to the vehicle free of all liens, encumbrances, and legal claims. I will indemnify Ivory Auto against any losses from title defects.

3. I will provide accurate documentation including title, registration, and export paperwork within 48 hours of sale confirmation. Delays beyond my control will be accommodated with written notice.

4. I understand that Ivory Auto charges a 5% commission on the final sale price, payable at closing.

5. I agree to maintain the vehicle in its described condition until title transfer. Title transfers upon buyer payment confirmation.

6. I acknowledge that all export documentation must comply with U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Customs and Border Protection requirements, and OFAC sanctions.

7. I understand that vehicles must meet destination country import requirements (age, emissions, safety standards).

8. LIABILITY LIMITATION: Ivory Auto's liability is limited to the amount of commission earned on the sale. In no event shall either party be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Each party bears its own costs.

10. This agreement is governed by Florida law. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
