IVOIRE AUTO × ICON4x4 SELLER AGREEMENT
By submitting this form, you agree to the following terms:
1. You grant Ivoire Auto the non-exclusive right to list and market your vehicle for export to Côte d'Ivoire.
2. You warrant that you hold clear title to the vehicle free of all liens, encumbrances, and legal claims. You will indemnify Ivoire Auto against any losses from title defects.
3. You will provide accurate documentation including title, ICON4x4 build sheets (if applicable), and export paperwork within 48 hours of sale confirmation.
4. Ivoire Auto charges a 5% commission on the final sale price, payable at closing.
5. You agree to maintain the vehicle in its described condition until title transfer. Title transfers upon buyer payment confirmation.
6. All export documentation must comply with U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Customs and Border Protection requirements, and OFAC sanctions.
7. Vehicles must meet destination country import requirements (age, emissions, safety standards) per Decree 792/2017.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
9. This agreement is governed by Florida law. I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
